Office fit-outs in Business Bay or a free zone, retail units, warehouses in Jebel Ali or Dubai South: 2IIBM TECH designs, installs and certifies structured cabling for businesses in Dubai and across the UAE.
What we install
- Copper cabling Cat 6 or Cat 6A, outlets, trunking and cable trays.
- Racks and patch panels, neatly organised and labelled.
- Fibre optic backbones between floors and buildings.
- Certification of every link, with test reports and as-built drawings.
- Upgrades and tidy-ups of existing installations.
Working with fit-out schedules
Office fit-outs move fast. We coordinate with your fit-out contractor and building management so that cabling, racks and outlets are ready before furniture and equipment arrive.
Built for the climate
Very high summer temperatures, coastal humidity and dust all affect equipment. We plan ventilated or air-conditioned racks, sealed enclosures where needed, UPS units and surge protection.
Our process
- Site survey and requirements.
- Cabling design and detailed quote.
- Procurement of locally available materials.
- Installation, testing and certification.
- Handover of drawings and labelling records.
